Funny how customers almost seem apologetic as they carefully ask for service or help. Well, not so FUNNY, actually. Customers need to be empowered to know that it is quite alright to expect good service, even excellent service. Let us be clear. Customers deserve good service and those who serve should do it with genuine intent.</p>
